I heavily debated whether I wanted to upload this image.

This is essentially a fanfic scenario I made a long time ago where upon defeating the Swat Kats and capturing those he seeked out, Madkat’s powers only grow as he is left unchecked. He starts to corrupt others who would stand in his way, including fellow supervillain, Dr. Viper.

I always felt like Madkat had more of a rubbery texture. I may have gone overboard… I see a wealth of mistakes that were made; but, for the first time working with a texture like this. I am content.
