I have no clue why I find this character so interesting. I even went as far as to make an avatar of the character very early on in my VRChat career. His character and voice in the game is so obnoxious, no wonder he’s only appeared once.

Seeing as how this is the oldest image that I’m not fully embarrassed to upload, we’ll ignore how awful it looks. Well, aside from those cuffs… those look classy.
