From Dragon Ball Z

Something about having a magician as a character to face against in an anime all about fighting makes me smile. Perhaps it is simply that he so supremely out of his league by the time he is introduced to the series, only his subterfuge and mind control abilities keep him from being obliterated immediately.

His unique design aside, he wasn’t interesting enough for me to continue working on.
